A two-component hair cosmetic comprises a first agent containing 0.01 to 3% by weight of ammonia and 0.01 to 10% by weight of an ammonium salt in an aqueous medium, and hydrogen peroxide in the aqueous medium. A second agent containing A 1st agent and a 2nd agent are separately accommodated in the resin-made flexible inner container accommodated in the outer can of one aerosol container, and are simultaneously discharged.
