titleOfInvention Piezoelectric ceramics
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic that can be fired at a lower temperature without substantially deteriorating piezoelectric characteristics. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric ceramic represented by a general formula ABO 3 , wherein the A site is composed mainly of lead, and the B site is composed mainly of zirconium and titanium, A sintering aid containing at least two kinds of bismuth oxide, boron oxide and zinc oxide is added in an amount of 0.5 wt% to 3.0 wt% with respect to the total weight of the ABO 3 , and fired at 1000 ° C. or lower. The piezoelectric ceramic after the electromechanical coupling coefficient Kr is 0.6 or more, and the composition of each component of the sintering aid after firing is 30 to 55 mol% Bi component and 0 to 25 mol% A piezoelectric ceramic comprising a B component and 45 to 70 mol% of a Zn component.
