titleOfInvention RTM molding method
abstract 【Task】 It has excellent surface design by having no or very few bubbles on the surface, which was difficult to produce by the conventional FRP molding method, and there are no or very few voids between the layers of the reinforcing fiber base. An RTM molding method capable of easily and stably molding an FRP molded article having superior mechanical properties and quality. [Solution] Fiber reinforced by placing a preformed reinforcing fiber base in the cavity of the mold, injecting the reactive resin from the resin injection port while applying pressure, impregnating the reinforcing fiber base with resin, and then heat-curing the resin. In the RTM molding method of the resin member, the injection rate of the reactive resin into the cavity is determined by changing the flow rate of the reactive resin per unit time (Q: CC / min) and the projected area of the cavity (S: m 2 ). (Q / S: CC / min · m 2 ) is in the range of 60 <Q / S <550. [Selection] Figure 1
