titleOfInvention | Electrolytic capacitor manufacturing method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an electrolytic capacitor capable of producing a high-performance electrolytic capacitor with ensured operating characteristics by forming a dielectric layer with high quality. An anodizing reaction is promoted when a dielectric layer 12 (dielectric layer portions 12A to 12D) is formed using an anode 11 in which dielectric layer portions 12A and 12B are partially formed in advance. By pre-treating the anode 11 using a pretreatment solution (for example, diammonium adipate aqueous solution), and then anodizing the anode 11 using a chemical conversion solution (eg, diammonium adipate aqueous solution), Dielectric layer portions 12C and 12D are formed. Since the anodic oxidation reaction is promoted on the exposed surfaces PC and PD of the anode 11 during the chemical conversion treatment, the dielectric layer portions 12C and 12D are formed with high quality so as to sufficiently cover the exposed surfaces PC and PD.
