titleOfInvention Wiring board
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably connect an electrode pad to a terminal pad of an external electric circuit board through a conductor bump for a long period of time, particularly due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between an insulating substrate and an external electric circuit board. To provide a wiring board having high electrical connection reliability with respect to an external electric circuit board, which can ensure the connection even when stress increases. A wiring board 9 includes a rectangular plate-shaped insulating base 1 made of ceramics having a wiring conductor 2 formed therein, and a vertical and horizontal arrangement so that the entire main surface of the insulating base 1 has a square array pattern. A plurality of electrode pads 3 formed in an array and through conductors 4 formed from each electrode pad to the inside of the insulating base 1 are formed at each corner of a square array pattern of the plurality of electrode pads 3. The number of penetrating conductors 4 is larger than the others. [Selection] Figure 1
