PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate excellent in strength and in which protrusions or the like hardly occur on a cut surface, and a method for producing the same. A laminated polarizing plate is obtained by laminating a polarizing plate and a resin film, and irradiating a laser on the resin film side of the laminated body to cut the laminated body. As the resin film, a film having a light transmittance of 80% or more and a glass transition temperature of 100 ° C. or more is preferable.
