PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of measuring concentration information of a specific component contained in a sample stably and easily even when individual differences exist between samples. A light source 1, an ATR element 2 that irradiates a sample 6 with light emitted from the light source 1, receives light returned from the sample 6, and emits the received light, and a light source 1 and an ATR element 2. An incident angle control unit 7 that adjusts an incident angle of light incident on the ATR element 2 from the light source 1, a light detection unit 4 that detects light emitted from the ATR element 2, and a light detection unit 4.
