PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film made of an organic material that achieves higher levels of heat resistance, high frequency response and flexibility. SOLUTION: A film made of polyimide benzoxazole obtained by reacting an aromatic diamine having a benzoxazole structure with an aromatic tetracarboxylic anhydride, which is measured by an X-ray diffraction method A polyimide benzoxazole film having a plane orientation coefficient of 0.80 to 0.89 and a dielectric loss tangent at 100 GHz measured by a cavity resonance perturbation method of preferably 0.0001 to 0.03.
