abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable moisturizing bag that can gradually exude a moisturizing component, is easy to handle, and does not cause pollution even when discarded after use. SOLUTION: At least a moisturizing component 1, a thickening and moisturizing component 2, a water-absorbing swellable polymer substance 3 and a bulking agent 4 are housed in a bag 5 made of a water-permeable material. The water-absorbing and swelling polymer substance 3 reacts with water to become part of the liquid moisturizing component 11, and the water-absorbing and swelling polymer substance 3 is at least one of the starch-based and water-absorbing and swelling polymer substance 3B. It reacts with water to form a swollen gelled product 13, which takes in at least the moisturizing component 1 at the time of gelation and gradually exudes the incorporated moisturizing component 1 out of the bag body 5.
