titleOfInvention Method for producing lightweight cellular concrete
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a lightweight cellular concrete having a strength suitable as a building material while being lightweight and excellent in fire resistance and indestructibility by using raw materials efficiently and with higher productivity. To provide. (A) preparing an aqueous slurry containing water and slaked lime; (B) A step of adding at least cement powder, quicklime powder, siliceous raw material powder or an aqueous slurry thereof, and sulfate compound powder or an aqueous slurry thereof to the aqueous slurry obtained in (A) above, (C) A step of feeding an aluminum slurry in which aluminum powder or aluminum powder is dispersed in water to the slurry obtained in (B) above, (D) The step of injecting the slurry obtained in the step (C) into a mold and pre-curing, and (E) the step of pre-curing in the step (D) and then curing the autoclave. A method for producing lightweight aerated concrete comprising sequentially carrying out the steps. [Selection figure] No selection figure.
