abstract A method for preparing a water-soluble turmeric pigment preparation is provided. In particular, the present invention provides a method for preparing a turmeric pigment preparation that is soluble in an aqueous solvent and can be colored in a clear yellow color, and further a method for preparing a turmeric pigment formulation having improved coloring power by providing a high color value.
