titleOfInvention | Reinforcing agent for recycled resin and molding method using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded article having stable physical properties even when a recycled polyalkylene arylate resin and a reinforcing agent are dry blended and molded. SOLUTION: A reinforcing agent for a recycled resin, which is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer (such as an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer) and a polyalkylene arylate resin and has a fusing temperature (100 ° C. or higher) higher than the drying temperature is prepared. The reinforcing agent and the regenerated flaky polyalkylene arylate resin are dry blended and dried by heating, and then molded by injection molding or the like without cooling. The reinforcing agent may further contain a reinforcing agent such as glass fiber. The regenerated polyalkylene arylate resin used for the dry blend with the reinforcing agent may be, for example, a flaky poly C 2-4 alkylene terephthalate resin. [Selection figure] None |
