titleOfInvention | Heat-sealable linear low density polypropylene film and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypropylene having excellent heat sealability with less odor, elution of additives and deteriorated substances, and less migration, which are suitably used in fields where clean packaging materials, containers and the like such as food, medical and electronic materials are required. Film and method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A heat-sealable film made of a polypropylene-based resin whose main constituent is propylene that does not contain an additive that migrates to an object to be contacted, and the thickness variation in the width direction of the film is 10% at a width of 1000 mm. A heat-sealable polypropylene film characterized by having 10 or less / 0.1 m 2 fish eyes with a maximum diameter of 0.1 mm or more. A heat-sealable polypropylene film characterized by using a T-slot type die when forming a film by the T-die method, and filtering the resin melted in the melt-extrusion process with a filter having a filtration accuracy of 100 μm or less. Manufacturing method. [Selection figure] None |
