titleOfInvention Exercise fatigue recovery system
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an exercise fatigue recovery system that can simplify the installation of a fatigue recovery device according to the degree of fatigue during and after exercise, and can safely improve exercise results. A physiological phenomenon detection apparatus 1 in which a wristwatch-shaped main body 2 is mounted on a user's arm includes a physiological part such as a blood flow rate and a lactate value detected by a sensor unit 4 in close contact with the skin, which is a physiological phenomenon detection means on the back surface. The fatigue level calculated by the fatigue level calculating means 6 from the quantity and the normal value of the physiological quantity specific to the individual is announced on the display panel 3 on the surface, and the fatigue level is transmitted from the fatigue level transmitting means 8. The fatigue recovery device 10 receives the transmitted fatigue level, generates a fatigue recovery atmosphere by the fatigue level recovery means 9 including the control unit 10 and the air conditioning main body 11 that control the generation of an atmosphere useful for fatigue recovery, and is used. It is possible to obtain an exercise fatigue recovery system in which a person can be easily recovered from fatigue by being wrapped in an atmosphere. [Selection] Figure 1
