PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring forming method, a wiring manufacturing apparatus, a conductive film wiring and the like for suppressing the occurrence of defects such as disconnection and short circuit in wiring formed by an ink jet method. A wiring forming method in which droplets L1 and L2 made of a liquid material in which conductive fine particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium are discharged to a predetermined wiring forming region on a substrate 11 to form wirings W1, W2, and W3. A first arrangement step of arranging the droplets L1 on the substrate 11 at an arrangement pitch H1 so that the droplets L1 do not overlap each other, a dispersion medium removing step of removing the dispersion medium of the droplets L1, and a droplet A second disposing step of disposing the droplet L2 so that the gap between the L1 is filled.
