titleOfInvention Circuit board member to which electronic component is joined, and circuit board member and electronic component joining method
abstract A flexible film is bonded to a reinforcing plate via an organic material layer, and the dimensional accuracy is maintained, so that an electronic component can be thermocompression-bonded to a circuit board member on which a highly accurate circuit pattern is formed. Join. Furthermore, the flexible film is peeled off from the reinforcing plate without damaging the circuit pattern, the electronic component, and the junction between the electronic component and the circuit pattern. A circuit board member in which a reinforcing plate, an organic material layer, and a flexible film having a circuit pattern made of a metal film formed on at least one surface are laminated in this order, and electronic components are bonded to the circuit pattern. A circuit having a region where the flexible film and the reinforcing plate are not substantially bonded to a part or all of the region where the electronic component is bonded on the circuit pattern. Board member. [Selection figure] None
