PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic powder capable of ensuring fluidity of a mixture with a resin even when a powder by a pulverization method is used. A dielectric ceramic powder having a specific surface area of 9 m 2 / cm 3 or less and a lattice strain of 0.2 or less is obtained by regulating the specific surface area and the lattice strain as described above. Even when the body ceramic powder is composed of irregularly shaped particles by a pulverization method, the fluidity of the mixture with the resin can be ensured and high dielectric properties can be obtained as a composite dielectric material.
