titleOfInvention Developing device, image forming apparatus, and image forming system
abstract A developing device capable of increasing the charge amount of a developer held by a supply roller, and an image forming apparatus and an image forming system provided with such a developing device are provided. The supply roller includes a shaft portion having conductivity and an elastic portion provided on an outer side in the radial direction of the shaft portion, and a contact of the contact member that contacts the elastic portion. The developing device is characterized in that the portion has conductivity and is provided with a potential difference generating means for generating a potential difference between the corresponding contact portion and the shaft portion.
