titleOfInvention Incineration melt cooling method
abstract The present invention realizes an economical incineration melt cooling method capable of continuously storing, drying, incineration, ashing, melting, cooling solidification, and discharge of incinerated materials and fuels in one furnace. In addition, a method that can collect useful materials will be realized. SOLUTION: A refractory particle having a particle size of 3 to 50 mm is filled on a movable hearth and aerated in a thickness of 0.1 to 2 m, and incinerated material is stored, dried and incinerated on the surface of the packed bed. Ashing, melting, cooling and solidifying and discharging (moving hearth method of ventilated particle packed bed). The melted and solidified material is coarsely crushed and sized and used as refractory particles. The powder part and dust collection ash are mixed with the auxiliary agent, returned to the furnace, and re-melted. A method for recovering useful components from the gas generated in the incinerator is also provided. [Selection] Figure 1
