abstract Disclosed is an antistatic woven or knitted fabric and a textile product that have excellent antistatic properties and have little feeling of stuffiness and stickiness. A woven or knitted fabric comprising a hygroscopic polyether ester elastic yarn (A) having an equilibrium hygroscopic rate of 5% or more and a non-hygroscopic synthetic fiber yarn (B) at a temperature of 30 ° C. and a humidity of 90% RH. The non-hygroscopic synthetic fiber yarn (B) is disposed on the front and back surfaces of the woven or knitted fabric, while the hygroscopic polyetherester elastic yarn (A) is on the inner layer side in the thickness direction of the woven or knitted fabric.
