titleOfInvention | Modified sarcosine oxidase, modified sarcosine oxidase gene and method for producing modified sarcosine oxidase |
abstract | [Solution] (1) Modified sarcosine oxidase having the following physicochemical properties: (A) Action: 1 mol of sarcosine is hydrolyzed to produce 1 mol of glycine and 1 mol of formaldehyde. (B) Substrate specificity: Reactivity to N-ethylglycine is 70% or less compared to the protein before modification. (C) Optimum pH: around 8.0 (d) Stable pH range: 6.5-11.0 (E) Optimal temperature: 55 ° C (F) Thermal stability: 55 ° C. or less (g) Molecular weight: about 43,000 (SDS-PAGE) (2) Modified sarcosine oxidase gene. 【effect】 The modified sarcosine oxidase of the present invention can be used as a reagent for measuring creatinine or creatine. Since the reagent using this modified sarcosine oxidase is hardly affected by N-ethylglycine, more accurate measurement than before is possible. [Selection figure] None. |
