PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk component dispersibility improving agent which suppresses separation of milk components for a long period of time and is efficient in workability and production cost, and a milk beverage produced using the same. Dispersibility improver comprising a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an HLB of 5 to 10 as a main component, which is in powder form and has at least one main fatty acid selected from palmitic acid, stearic acid, and behenic acid. The above problem can be solved by adding to the milk beverage. |
