titleOfInvention | Immunoassay for influenza virus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect viruses in influenza A and B viruses in a quantitative manner, realize measurement with a simple configuration, shorten measurement time, and perform simple and quick measurement required in a clinical field. It is a problem to make it correspond to. SOLUTION: An antibody against influenza A or B virus is supported on insoluble carrier particles, and influenza virus nucleoprotein is poured out using influenza virus ND-gluco-N-methylalkanamides. The degree of aggregation of insoluble carrier particles generated by the antigen-antibody reaction between the nucleoprotein and the antibody is measured. |
