titleOfInvention | Water-soluble auxiliary agent and its use |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble auxiliary agent having high melt-kneadability with a resin and capable of easily separating a resin molded body having a predetermined shape formed by melt-kneading or subsequent molding processing and its use. A water-soluble auxiliary agent (A) is composed of an oligosaccharide (A1) and a water-soluble plasticizing component (saccharide or sugar alcohol) (A2) for plasticizing the oligosaccharide (A1). It can be melt-molded by kneading with a meltable organic solid component (B) such as a resin component without substantially containing water. The water-soluble auxiliary agent (A) has a region in which the shear stress increases 5 times or more with respect to a temperature decrease of 20 ° C. in the temperature-dependent characteristics of the shear stress. Furthermore, the shear viscosity in the molten state is high, the solubility in water is high, and the aqueous solution viscosity is small. The ratio (weight ratio) between the oligosaccharide (A1) and the plasticizing component (A2) is oligosaccharide (A1) / plasticizing component (A2) = 99/1 to 50/50. [Selection figure] None |
