titleOfInvention | Resin composition and decorative board |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative board not using formaldehyde. SOLUTION: A vinyl acetate polymer having a molecular weight of 2000 to 100,000, a crosslinking agent having two or more allyl groups in one molecule, and an organic peroxide are blended. The blending ratio is 5 to 100 parts by weight of the crosslinking agent and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the organic peroxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl acetate polymer. Further, it is assumed that the crosslinking agent is obtained by an addition reaction between a compound having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule and an allylic alcohol. The resin composition is impregnated into decorative board paper, dried and hot-pressed. [Selection figure] None |
