abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by forming a dielectric film having an ABOx type crystal structure by reducing a process temperature and enabling a shorter processing time. Provided are a method for producing a perovskite crystal particle having an ABOx type crystal structure, and a method for producing a dispersion containing the perovskite crystal particle. A method for producing perovskite-type crystal particles is a method for producing crystal particles having an ABOx-type crystal structure, and includes the following steps (a) and (b). (A) a metal alkoxide containing a metal hydroxide containing at least one metal A selected from Li, Na, Ca, Sr and Ba, and at least one metal B selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, Ta and Nb And a step of preparing a solution by dissolving at least one of the metal complex in an organic solvent, and (b) adding water to the solution prepared in the step (a) to hydrolyze a precursor in the solution.
