PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film after being boiled or retort-treated, having various gas barrier properties, heat resistance, acid resistance, moisture resistance, heat sealability, transparency, etc. A food preservation method using a packaging material that is extremely excellent in environmental suitability, economic efficiency, and the like, without causing discoloration of the resin and a decrease in laminate strength after long-term storage. A gas barrier laminate film comprising an outer layer made of a thermoplastic resin, an inner layer made of a thermoplastic resin having heat sealability, and an adhesive layer formed using a laminating adhesive mainly comprising a polyurethane resin composition. A method for preserving food, wherein the food is sealed by using a polyurethane resin cured product formed of the polyurethane resin composition, wherein the specific skeleton structure is contained in an amount of 20% by weight or more.
