PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cell grow from the inside of a living tissue filling material while facilitating the permeation of a cell into a fine pore and making it difficult to flow out of the pore. A method for producing a biological tissue filling material is provided in which a liquid containing cells is introduced into a porous biological tissue filling material (S8), and the liquid is gelled after the introduction. More specifically, calcium chloride is added to a liquid containing cells and platelet-rich plasma before introducing the liquid into the biological tissue filling material (S83).
