Method for producing biological tissue complement |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cells more easily penetrate into fine pores and grow cells from inside a living tissue filling material. SOLUTION: A liquid 1 containing cells is stored in a sealable container 2, a porous biological tissue filling material 3 is immersed in the liquid 1, and the inside of the container 2 is sucked to reduce the internal pressure to a predetermined pressure. Provided is a method for producing a body tissue complement that is gradually lowered to atmospheric pressure after being lowered. [Selection] Figure 3 |
