abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a disinfecting detergent composition suitable for disinfecting and cleaning medical devices, water treatment apparatuses, food production apparatuses and the like having an excellent sterilizing effect. A disinfecting detergent composition comprising a persulfate, particularly preferably potassium hydrogen sulfate, dissolved and mixed in an organic peracid-containing aqueous solution, and having a specific pH range and a non-amino phosphonic acid as a stabilizer. Disinfecting detergent composition having improved stability over time as a product by containing the salt, particularly preferably 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid or a salt thereof.
