In a polymerization for obtaining a conjugated diene polymer from a conjugated diene monomer (butadiene, isoprene, etc.), particularly at a room temperature without requiring a cooling facility for maintaining a cryogenic temperature. Disclosed is a micromixer for preparing a living polymerization catalyst that can be used for living polymerization and that can produce a living conjugated diene polymer having a narrow molecular weight distribution. A main body, a spacer, and a lid body, each of which includes at least two types of reaction reagent inlets 4 and 5 and at least one reaction product outlet port 6. In addition, the main body is provided with fine reaction flow paths 7 which are alternately formed so that multistage collision mixing occurs, and the spacer is provided with a slit 8 through which a reaction reagent can pass.
