titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid separation and purification method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a porous membrane having excellent separation performance, good washing efficiency, simple, rapid, excellent in automation and miniaturization, and capable of mass production of substantially the same separation performance. A method for separating and purifying nucleic acid is provided. (1a) A step of causing a sample solution containing a nucleic acid to be subjected to centrifugal force to pass through the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane to adsorb the nucleic acid in the porous membrane; (2a) applying a centrifugal force to the cleaning solution. A step of allowing the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane to act and washing the porous membrane in a state in which the nucleic acid is adsorbed; and (3a) applying a centrifugal force to the recovered liquid to cause the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane to be washed. A method for separating and purifying nucleic acid, comprising the step of passing the sample through a porous membrane and desorbing the nucleic acid from the porous membrane. As another embodiment of the present invention, (1b) a step of allowing a sample solution containing nucleic acid to pass through the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane under reduced pressure to adsorb the nucleic acid in the porous membrane, (2b) washing liquid Passing the nucleic acid-adsorbing porous membrane under reduced pressure and washing the porous membrane with the nucleic acid adsorbed; and (3b) applying the nucleic acid adsorption to the recovered solution by applying reduced pressure or centrifugal force. A method for separating and purifying nucleic acid, comprising the step of passing through a porous porous membrane and desorbing the nucleic acid from the porous membrane. [Selection figure] None |
