titleOfInvention | Antibody fragment structure and its immunocomplex and immunoassay using the immunocomplex |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel antigen concentration measuring method having excellent sensitivity and reliability. SOLUTION: A VL region polypeptide 1 that specifically binds to one antigen and a VH region polypeptide 3 are combined with each other via a particle 2 to form a multivalent antibody fragment structure. A body is prepared, and these are mixed and used in a combination capable of binding to the antigen 4 to form an immune complex through multiple bonds by the antigen 4 and the antibody fragment structure regardless of the number of epitopes. In addition, by using particles with a particle size of 1 μm or less in this antibody fragment structure, monodispersion is formed in a buffer solution used for immunoassay, and it has good measurement sensitivity even in measurement using a homogeneous system. To do. [Selection] Figure 1 |
