titleOfInvention Regeneration method of fluorine or phosphate adsorbent
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a fluorine or phosphate adsorbent. A method for regenerating a fluorine or phosphoric acid adsorbent comprising a regeneration treatment step in which washing water is circulated through a reaction vessel filled with fluorine or phosphoric acid adsorbent. By this method, the amount of fluorine and phosphoric acid desorbed from the adsorbent can be increased, the adsorbent can be prevented from being deteriorated, and the amount of the regenerant used can be reduced.
