PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a paint with excellent paint stability, finish, coating film performance, etc., establish a technology for sustained release of sanitary insect repellent active compounds without applying a technique such as microcapsule, and further develop this technique An applied resin-coated laminate is provided. SOLUTION: A laminate having, as a surface layer, a cured resin layer obtained by applying an active energy ray-curable composition and a coating material to which a sanitary insect repellent active compound is added and irradiating active energy rays on a substrate sheet. The active energy ray curable composition is an A component composed of an active energy ray curable compound having two or more unsaturated double bonds in the molecule, and the active energy ray curable having one unsaturated double bond in the molecule. It contains at least one of the B component comprising the compound and the non-active energy ray curable resin composition C component, and the A component is contained in an amount of 50 to 95 parts with respect to 100 parts in total of the active energy ray curable composition.
