abstract | 【Task】 A thick film polyimide sheet having a thickness of 80 μm to 1000 μm and a small linear expansion coefficient and a method for producing the same are provided. [Solution] It is characterized by applying a polyamic acid varnish before imidization, reducing the amount of residual solvent in the varnish to 5 or less in terms of the number of solvent molecules per polyamic acid repeating unit, and then drying to perform imidization. The manufacturing method of the thick film polyimide sheet whose thickness to perform is 80-1000 micrometers. It is desirable to repeatedly apply and dry the polyamide acid varnish twice or more. |
