PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a ceramic slurry composition using a ceramic raw material powder containing boron, a binder component having a hydroxyl group such as polyvinyl butyral, and an organic solvent, and crosslinking reaction between boron and hydroxyl group eluted in the organic solvent. As a result, gelation and viscosity increase are likely to occur, and a ceramic green sheet with good quality cannot be stably obtained. A ceramic raw material powder containing boron, a binder component having a hydroxyl group, and an organic solvent, and further containing a β-diketone as a chelating agent, The weight ratio is 0.5 to 5.0 times the boron content. In producing this slurry composition, the binder component having a hydroxyl group is dispersed after the ceramic raw material powder and the β-diketone are dispersed. [Selection figure] None |
