| abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning and fixing device which does not require a left screw and can prevent a position shift at the time of screw tightening. SOLUTION: A plurality of chucks 13 and 23 having fixed claws 11 and 21 and movable claws 12 and 22 for holding a gripping portion 4 of a blade 3, and screw fastening means for fastening screws N1 to N3 of the blade 3 A measuring means for measuring the position of the blade 3 and first and second moving mechanisms 60 and 70 for moving the chucks 13 and 23 so that the position of the blade 3 measured by the measuring means becomes a predetermined position. A positioning and fixing device for positioning and fixing the blade 3 at a predetermined position by moving the chucks 13 and 23 by first and second moving mechanisms 60 and 70 and then screwing the screws N1 to N3 by screw fastening means.
