abstract 【Task】 It was not easy to perform peeling, suction, and washing because it was not possible to perform safe peeling, clogged during suction, and halation occurred when used in endoscopic surgery. [Solution] In an endoscopic surgical suction peeling cap that is made of a flexible material, has one or more suction holes on the surface and a forceps insertion opening at the end, and each suction hole communicates with the forceps insertion opening. The cross-sectional area of each suction hole is 0.5 mm 2 or more, and the material is a light-absorbing color. Also, a metal for high-frequency ablation is used on a part of the surface of the suction peeling cap for endoscopic surgery.
