Ultra high strength concrete composition |
abstract |
An ultra-high-strength concrete composition having a plurality of desired performances simultaneously is provided. An ultra-high strength concrete composition containing 0.2 to 3.5 parts by weight of the following admixture, wherein the water / binder ratio is 10 to 25%, and the unit amount of the binder is 480 to 1800 kg. / m 3 and the thing. Admixture: 1) A reaction mixture obtained through the following first step and second step, and 2) a part of the reaction mixture obtained through the following third step or a completely neutralized product. 1st process: The process of starting the radical copolymerization reaction of the radically polymerizable monomer mixture which contains maleic anhydride and a specific allyl ether monomer in a predetermined ratio by non-aqueous system. Second step: A step of stopping the radical copolymerization reaction in the middle of the reaction at which the polymerization conversion becomes 50 to 90% to obtain a reaction mixture containing the produced copolymer and the remaining monomer. Third step: a step of partially or completely neutralizing the reaction mixture to obtain a part of the reaction mixture or a completely neutralized product. [Selection figure] None |
