PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the soil physicochemical properties and the occurrence of pathogenic bacteria, to suppress the damage of continuous cropping, and to enhance the soil strength by nutrient rot and permanent rot. It aims at providing a soil improvement material and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A spore nutrient material and a fungus selection material are attached to a myotrophic substance 4 made of a processed grain product, and a useful soil microbial fungus collected from a forest area is cultured on this to cause sporulation to overgrow.
