abstract |
Disclosed is a composition for vulcanization of chlorinated polyethylene, which is excellent in tensile stress, tensile strength, compression set and the like of a vulcanizate in a colorable composition. SOLUTION: 100 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene (A) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent (B) silane coupling agent represented by the following general formula (1) or (2) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight Cl-C 3 H 6- Si- (OR) 3 (1) (R represents a methyl group or an ethyl group) (C 2 H 5 O) 3 -Si-C 3 H 6 -Sx-C 3 H 6 -Si- (OC 2 H 5 ) 3 (2) (X is 2-4) (C) Inorganic filler is blended in an amount of 10 to 150 parts by weight, and if necessary, (D) an organic vulcanization accelerator is further blended in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene.
