titleOfInvention | Transparent conductive film forming treatment agent and transparent conductive film forming method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film forming treatment agent and a transparent conductive film forming method which dissolve each compounding agent well, have a high transmittance and a low resistance value. SOLUTION: (1) Indium compound and (2) Tin compound are added to a mixed solvent in which phenols and dibasic acid ester are stirred and dissolved, and maintained at 80 to 180 ° C., (1) Indium compound (2) The tin compound is dissolved and then cooled. This solution is kept at about 50 to 80 ° C., and (3) nitrocellulose as a thickener is dissolved to obtain a target treatment agent for forming a transparent conductive film. In addition, when adding an olefin solvent, it is desirable to mix | blend after adding nitrocellulose. Preferably, the phenol is at least one selected from the group consisting of cresol, xylenol, and ethylphenol, and the dibasic acid ester is diethyl malonate. [Selection figure] None |
