titleOfInvention | Oil-containing organic sludge dewatering method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: There has been no conventional suitable treatment method for treating high oil content sludge. That is, flocs are formed, but agglomerated flocs are small and do not have sufficient strength when dewatering in a dehydrator such as a belt press or a filter press. Moreover, the filterability of the floc floc is poor, and the obtained dehydrated cake has drawbacks such as high water content. In other words, improvements are required for practical use in terms of cost, such as improvement in peelability, reduction in water content, and reduction in the amount of flocculant added. Accordingly, there is provided a treatment method which forms a strong floc and can be easily dehydrated, and has the purpose of reducing the moisture content of the dehydrated cake and improving the peelability of the cake. SOLUTION: A crosslinked ionic polymer flocculant obtained by adding a clay such as bentonite to an oil-containing organic sludge, modifying the sludge, and then polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a cationic monomer and a monomer having a plurality of vinyl groups. After adding and agglomerating, it can be achieved by dehydrating. [Selection figure] None |
