titleOfInvention Circuit pattern forming toner, manufacturing method thereof, and circuit pattern forming method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for forming a circuit pattern from which a fine conductor pattern can be obtained and a method for producing the same. A circuit pattern forming method capable of forming a fine circuit pattern with high accuracy even when a large number of sheets are printed is provided. A toner for forming a circuit pattern comprises conductive particles made of metal or metal oxide, mixed particles made of hydrophobic oxide and made of inorganic oxide particles having a particle size smaller than the conductive particles, and a surface thereof. An insulating resin layer to be coated is included, and the insulating resin layer has an electrical property of being charged to one polarity and is formed by a phase separation method using a non-aqueous emulsion. In this toner, conductive particles made of a metal or an oxide thereof, a charge control substance, and an insulating resin are added to a dispersion medium that is not compatible with the resin, and the temperature is equal to or lower than the softening point of the resin and the dispersion medium. It is obtained by adding a fluidizing agent to the surface of the resin-coated conductive particles obtained by kneading with heat and dissolving and removing the dispersion medium.
