titleOfInvention | Leak inspection agent and leak inspection method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage inspection agent and a leakage inspection method capable of easily identifying a leakage portion of a container or piping even when the leakage portion is fine or the internal and external differential pressure is small. SOLUTION: Fine particles having high contrast between a color-changing component discolored by ozone and a color-changing color after discoloration and not reacting with ozone and the color-changing component, the color-changing component are dissolved, and the fine particles are uniformly dispersed. And a leakage inspection agent 10 containing a solvent which can be evaporated in the atmosphere. A leak test agent 10 is applied to the surface of the test body 1 such as a container or pipe in which ozone gas is pressurized, and after the solvent of the test agent evaporates, a porous test agent film 14 composed of fine particles and discoloration components is formed. The ozone gas that has been formed and leaked from the leaked portion comes into contact with the test agent film and discolors the discolored component, so that the leaked portion 16 is visually identified by contrast with the background of the healthy part.
