Flexible polyurethane foam used for soundproofing material for automobile and method for producing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam used for an automobile soundproofing material having a good sound absorbing performance in a low frequency to a high frequency region. A method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam by reacting a polyol and a polyisocyanate in a mold, wherein the polyol has 3 to 4 functional groups, a hydroxyl value of 26 to 35, and 15 to 20 at the end. A monomer containing acrylonitrile in a polyoxyalkylene polyol having 50 to 80% by mass of polyoxypropyleneoxyethylene polyol (A) having a mass% of oxyethylene groups and 3 functional groups and a hydroxyl value of 27 to 38 The mold is obtained by using a polyol obtained by polymerization and containing a polyol (B) having a polymer fine particle content of 20 to 30% by mass and 10 to 20% by mass, and a mixture of tolylene diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate. A method in which the temperature difference between the upper mold surface and the lower mold surface is 15 to 40 ° C. [Selection figure] None |
