G protein-coupled receptor ligand screening method and G protein-coupled receptor expression cloning method |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a receptor (for example, a G protein-coupled receptor) that interacts with a substance regardless of promotion or suppression of an effector system by an expression cloning method. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A substance is allowed to act on a plurality of samples comprising PC12h cells having a reporter gene operably linked to a promoter encoding a gene encoding an exogenous protein and a gene expressed by stimulation via a cell G protein. A receptor identification method comprising comparing the expression levels of reporter gene products of each other with each other. [Selection figure] None |
