abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an in-vivo deodorized garlic which is impregnated with a herb by impregnation with an herb, by an efficient impregnation method, and a production method which does not cause a problem in storage after the impregnation treatment. The peeled garlic is sprayed with herbal liquid and then dried. The herbal liquid is produced from at least one herb from each of the following groups A, B, C, and D.
