titleOfInvention Field emission display device and manufacturing method thereof
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission display device capable of preventing a gate electrode from being damaged and increasing its resistance in the manufacturing process and maintaining the emission uniformity of the display device in an excellent state, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A first substrate 2 and a second substrate 4, which are arranged to face each other at an arbitrary interval and are joined by a sealing material to constitute a vacuum vessel, and a surface of the first substrate 2 facing the second substrate 4 are provided. The cathode electrode 6 formed thereon, the electron emission source located on the cathode electrode 6, and the cathode electrode 6 are disposed above the cathode electrode 6 by being separated by an insulating layer 8 surrounding the electron emission source. And an anode electrode 14 formed on the surface of the second substrate 4 facing the first substrate 2, and a fluorescent screen 20 positioned on the anode electrode 14. A field emission display is provided. [Selection] Figure 1
